  • Each accepted Main, Special, and Survey Track paper, and each Special Session paper, including first-authored by students, must have a Regular Registration by March 1, 2025 (AoE Time) to have your papers included in the conference proceedings and conference program. If you have more than one paper accepted by these tracks, each paper requires a Regular Registration.
  • Each accepted Workshop or Consortium paper must have a Workshop, Tutorial, Consortium or AI School Only registration by March 30, 2025 (AoE Time), if you only attend them on 10 June, to have your papers included in the workshop proceedings and conference program. If you also attend the main conference, a Regular Registration is required.
  • Participants in AI School and/or AI Forum can register at any time at fixed rates and can attend other conference programs on those days only.
  • The page limit of each Main, Special, Survey, Workshop or Consortium paper should follow their limit specified in their call for papers. There is an additional charge of USD 150 per page for each paper, which must be paid in registration.
  • Regular Registrations include all access to the conference sessions, Workshops, Tutorials, AI School, AI Forum, and coffee breaks, reception, banquet, and excursion.
  • Student registrations must provide official evidence and written confirmation letter signed by your supervisor and head of department/school to verify your valid studentship when you attend the conference; otherwise, regular registrations would be required.
  • Workshop, Tutorial, Consortium or AI School Only registrations include the coffee breaks and any workshops, tutorials and AI School on June 10.
  • AI Forum registrations include the AI Forum, the main conference on 13th June, and coffee breaks on 13th June.
  • Non-AUD currency-based payment will be converted to Australian Dollar in your registrations. Only international credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, and JCB Card are accepted. Additional merchant charges may be applicable.
  • Registration is considered complete only after the payment has been made in full.
  • A registration confirmation will be sent to your registered email upon the completion of online registration.
Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policies
  • Refund is possible only of those non-paper-affiliated registrations.
  • No refund would be issued unless a cancellation request with your affiliation stamp is sent to the conference registration chair at PAKDD2025.Reg[at]gmail.com by May 7, 2025 (AoE).
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.
  • No-show registered participants of paper presentation will warrantee their papers to be excluded in the proceedings and a conference letter sent to their head of department/school for their information.

Insurance
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide insurance coverage for participants against booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
